I started my career in creative direction and design, moving from agencies into UX leadership and education.

Today, I lead UX at Canadian Tire, helping designers work more collaboratively and with greater impact. My focus is on the people and processes behind design — building strong relationships, refining workflows, and creating systems that help design thrive at scale.

Outside of work, I teach UX and UI design at Toronto Film School and Yorkville University, helping the next generation of designers grow their craft and confidence.
